Nicole Wardlaw is a 2x founder and funder with experience working with and for global startups from Pre-Seed to Series C. Born in Long island, NY and raised in Spartanburg, SC, Nicole completed her bachelors at Duke University before entering the world of tech.

Nicole has worked at high growth startups from New York to Guatemala to Bangladesh. Noting inequities within the ecosystem, Nicole pivoted to venture capital to drive funding where it is needed most.

She is known for her work at the intersection of venture capital and entrepreneurial equity, and has become a trusted champion for founders who are underrepresented or underestimated.

As both a founder and investor, Nicole leads The Brazen Club, an entrepreneurial literacy platform equipping women to see entrepreneurship as a viable and attainable career path, by demystifying the journey and connecting the next generation of founders to the knowledge, resources, and community they need to thrive.
